The thing with this city is that its inhabitants are unable to buy real estate because 1 dollar equals 4 pesos which means that a house that costs u$d 70000 it is the same as 280000 pesos, a huge amount that no medium class Argentinean can afford. Therefore a lot of apartments and houses are available for foreigners to buy them. They are profitable since apartments can also be purchased with the purpose of renting. The rental of a buenos aires apartment or house is a very good option and it is becoming a popular choice among tourists.
    If you are thinking about it, do not doubt, just do it!
